Club Governance
The management of the Club is governed by its Constitution and Standing Resolutions, and is vested in a Management Committee.
The Management Committee consists of the President, the lmmediate Past President, one or more Vice-Presidents, the Secretary, the Treasurer, and up to six Committee Members.
With the exception of the lmmediate Past President — whose position on the Management Committee is ex officio — the occupants for the other positions are chosen by the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members, held every March. The in coming Management Committee takes office at the conclusion of the AGM.
Nominations for the positions on the Management Committee for the coming year are called for at the December general meeting and have to be lodged with the Secretary, no later than the February general meeting. Contested positions are filled by ballot at the AGM.
